Bertelsmann CEO Says He Wants All of Napster

The chief executive of Bertelsmann has reportedly said the German media giant wants to take over Napster Inc., the pioneering online music service. "Our solution now is to completely take over Napster. We want to buy out the original shareholders," Thomas Middelhoff was quoted in an interview published in the Die Welt daily.
