California Governments to Split Toshiba Settlement

California governments will split nearly $15 million from the settlement of a lawsuit that accused Toshiba Corp. of selling defective computers, Attorney General Bill Lockyer announced. In the suit, the state claimed Toshiba sold laptop computers it knew were defective to hundreds of local governments, the state and schools.
