Court Tosses Suit Against Microsoft Over "Pocket PC" Name

Entrepreneur Ken Belanger lost his small claims court battle with Microsoft Corp. over the rights to the term "Pocket PC." But Belanger said he might prevail by using another legal trick, suing Redmond, Wash.-based Microsoft under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, which was created to help resolve online disputes over copyright material.
