Danish Newspapers Sue to Stop Deep-Linking

Some sources believe the future of deep links may be decided by the outcome of a preliminary injunction filed by the Danish Newspaper Publishers' Association. The association wants the court to ban newsfeed service Newsbooster from deep-linking to Danish newspaper stories.
