Document Requests Expand in HP Merger Suit

Both sides in the courtroom showdown over the future of Hewlett-Packard expanded their search for evidence, demanding depositions and documents from more HP shareholders. Maverick board member Walter Hewlett's legal team subpoenaed documents from two Chicago financial companies that were mentioned in an internal HP voice mail made public this week.
