EMC Files Patent Infringement Suit Against Hitachi

Data storage giant EMC filed six patent infringement cases against competitor Hitachi Data Systems and its parent company, Hitachi, Ltd. EMC lodged the complaints with the International Trade Commission and the U.S. District Court in Worcester, Massachusetts.
