Idealab Investors Offer to Settle Suit for Buyout

Prominent investors suing the Internet incubator idealab have offered to settle if the company buys them out for about 37 cents on the dollar. Their proposal would nearly quadruple the amount idealab offered to pay for shares late last year before the suit was filed.
