Judge Delays Ruling in E-Book Copyright Case

U.S. District Judge Ronald M. Whyte put off a highly anticipated ruling on whether to dismiss the government's case against a Russian software company. Attorneys for Russian firm Elcomsoft and the U.S. government were in court today for a scheduled status hearing in the controversial case.
