Minnesota Close to Passing ISP Privacy Bill

Consumers in one state may soon have more ability to stop their Internet-service provider from disclosing personal information such as e-mail addresses and often-visited Web sites. Legislators are close to final approval of a bill that would make Minnesota the first state to regulate how ISPs collect and sell customers' personal information.
