Vivdendi Says Hackers Affected Shareholder Voting

Media giant Vivendi Universal plans to file a court complaint in response to suspected hacking of computer voting at its turbulent shareholders' meeting last week. Some shareholders will join the company's complaint, the company said in a statement.
