AT&T Sued for Not Providing Net Access in Some Areas

AT&T was hit with a lawsuit alleging the company's cable television business failed to provide high-speed Internet access in neighborhoods where poor and minority populations live, and improperly charged for services. AT&T Broadband, the No. 1 U.S. cable television company, rejected the allegations raised in the lawsuit, and said it would defend itself vigorously.
