Father Who Ran Site Attacking Students, Schools Intends to Sue

The father of former Milford High student Ian Lake -- who last week had charges dismissed against him for running a Web site attacking students and school officials -- has given notice that he intends to sue Milford, Beaver County and state officials in Utah. David Lake, a former maintenance worker for Milford, maintains the original charges against his son were unconstitutional and discriminatory, and he now wants compensation from those he says put his family through more than two years of legal wrangling.
