Hotel's Website Mistake Lists Bungalows for $85, Not $850

A missing zero on its Internet sites threatens to cost hotel giant Starwood either a lot of money or some customer goodwill. A month ago, Starwood's Web site recently showed $85 rates -- instead of $850 -- for over-the-water bungalows during high season at its luxurious new resort on the French Polynesian island of Bora Bora in the South Pacific.
