Judge Lets Private Antitrust Case Against Microsoft Proceed

A federal judge refused to dismiss antitrust cases filed against Microsoft by two small rival software companies. Ruling simultaneously on suits by Be and Burst.com, U.S. District Judge J. Frederick Motz said he would allow the cases to proceed.
