Man Who Surfed Net While Son Drowned Gets One Year in Jail

Amid tearful pleas from family members to keep him out of prison, Tyler Jay Bratsch was sentenced to a year in jail in the death of his son. Bratsch pleaded guilty to manslaughter and admitted to surfing sports, music and pornographic Web sites on the afternoon of his son's death while the boy was in the bathtub.
