Three Charged With Stealing Money via Auto Parts Website

Authorities have charged three people who operated an online auto parts business with using the Internet to steal money from unsuspecting customers in at least seven states including Idaho. Derek P. Moyer, 24, and Patricia L. Davis, 30, both of Fulton; and Eric J. Sheffield, 22, of Brewerton each were charged with one count of scheme to defraud and two counts of grand larceny, all felonies, and five counts of petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
