Chip Company Files Patent Lawsuit Against Intel, Dell

MicroUnity Systems Engineering, a Silicon Valley chip design and licensing company, filed a far-reaching lawsuit against Intel and its customer Dell for allegedly infringing multimedia processing patents. The Santa Clara company sued Intel and Dell in federal court in Marshall, Texas, where both companies do business.
