Court Lifts Ban on Sites Showing Nude Dance by Newswoman

A federal appeals court has lifted an order that blocked Internet sites from showing images of a former television newswoman doing an impromptu nude dance. The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said that freedom of speech issues must be resolved.
