Delegates at United Nations Forum Discuss Spam Issues

Spam is confusing people who are just getting online, and it's ruining the simple pleasure and efficiency of e-mail for those in developed countries, said delegates at the two-day global forum on Internet governance hosted by the United Nations in New York. The forum was intended to determine what, if any, involvement the United Nations should have in building and managing Internet infrastructure and dealing with associated topics such as privacy, free speech, intellectual property and network security.
