Judge Reinstates Ban on Sales of DVD-Copying Software

A New York federal judge reinstated a ban on sales of 321 Studios' DVD copying software. U.S. District Court Judge Richard Owen had previously decided the program violated federal copyright laws and told the company to stop selling it, but had temporarily put his own order on hold.
