Virginia Internet Sex Law Unconstitutional, Appeals Court Says

A federal appeals court has ruled unconstitutional a Virginia law aimed at preventing juveniles from accessing "sexually explicit" material on the Internet. In a 2 to 1 decision, a panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit upheld a lower court ruling that the statute violates First Amendment freedoms.
