Bush, Kerry Take "Different Paths" on Advancing Technology

In a presidential campaign dominated by the war in Iraq and the broader war on terrorism, it's hard to imagine the two candidates' views on technology policy swinging many voters in either direction. But for the technology community, this election matters for many reasons, and the tech pundits would like to see President George W. Bush and Democrat John F. Kerry talking a bit more more about their issues on the campaign trail.
