Boy Scouts Official Charged with Child Porn on PC

A former top official of the Boy Scouts of America is expected to plead guilty to federal child pornography charges Wednesday after investigators found images of children involved in sex acts on his computer, prosecutors said. Douglas S. Smith Jr. is scheduled to appear before a federal judge in Fort Worth, said Kathy Colvin, a spokeswoman for the U.S. attorney's office in Dallas.
