Court Allows RadioShack to End Circuit City Deal

Circuit City Stores Inc. plans to appeal a Tarrant County District Court's ruling in a licensing dispute with RadioShack Corp., Circuit City said. The court ruled that Fort Worth-based RadioShack was within its rights to end licensing, merchandising and advertising agreements with InterTAN, a subsidiary of Circuit City.
